FINCOMP 2021: Finance Innovation Competition

Volunteer judge at the University of Toronto Missisauga’s fintech case competition. Organized by the Innnovative Business Association (IBA), the largest academic society at UoTM, with over 1200 student members in Commerce and Management programs. The IBA hosts conferences, case competitions, workshops, networking and professional development events.

Presented a professional development webinar regarding the use of scenario planning as a technique to reduce uncertainty when developing strategic plans during COVID-19. Included vital questions to ask clients to help elucidate strategic issues.

Participated in a panel discussion in which four Ottawa-based local CMCs describe some of the changes they have experienced in their work as a result of COVID-19.

GMCA Case Competition
University of Toronto | November 2015
Volunteer judge at the University of Toronto’s GMCA case competition regarding a pharmaceutical acquisition. Organized by UoT’s Graduate Management Consulting Association (GMAC). The GMCA was established at the University of Toronto in 2009 as a student-governed professional society supports graduate and postdoctoral trainees interested in pursuing a future career in management consulting with opportunities to engage in related events and activities.
